    Calligraphy Workshop Let’s learn about one of the traditional Japanese arts, 書道 “shodō” (calligraphy), the art of writing kanji and kana characters beautifully with an ink-dipped brush. With an overview of the history of Japanese calligraphy, a team of JASO staff will demonstrate how to write Japanese characters with fude (brush) and Sumi (ink).
