JASO Traditional Craft Workshop Series #4: May Event

We’re excited to announce JASO’s Traditional Craft Workshop Series! Each month, we’ll explore and celebrate Japanese traditional crafts. This month, we’re featuring traditional craft from Kyoto!
We are celebrating the 20th anniversary of the sister city relationship between Norman and Seika. We are inviting 2 artists from Kyoto, Takaaki Saida, Miho Harada. We will make a special coaster with the artists for Mother's Day Gift!

- He is the fifth-generation successor of Saita Stoneworks, a company founded in 1902 (Meiji 35), and a certified traditional craftsman.
Miho Harada (Textile Artist)
- Founder of the textile brand PARANOMAD. Captivated by the beauty of woven fabrics, the sophistication of textile mills, and the artistry of skilled craftsmen, they set their mission on sharing the charm of the Tango region with audiences both in Japan and abroad.
